| We love to design custom pieces. Tell us what you are dreaming of
and we will try to make it happen! Because each custom order is one of a kind, we
cannot promise that we can reproduce any single piece. Each item will be priced
based on materials (beads, toggles, etc.) and labor. Please email us,

with your wishes, and we will do our best to help you design exactly what you are looking
for. |
| Shopping |
| To shop Beadery Designs, browse through our
categories and click on each item you wish to know more about. A smaller window will
open showing you a larger, more detailed image, the price, and the
description. If you choose to purchase the jewelry item, click on the link at the
bottom, right-hand corner of the page that reads Add to Shopping Cart.
You will then be taken to a page showing the contents of your shopping cart.
You can resume shopping by clicking the Continue Shopping button. |
| Checkout |
| Once you have added the items to your shopping
cart, click on the View Cart link at the top of the page. You will
be asked for your PayPal username and password. If you have never used PayPal
before, you will need to register
with them. |

| Shipping Information |
| All in-stock items will be shipped within 2
business days after payment confirmation. You will be notified if the product is not in
stock and an estimated time of shipment will be given. Shipment on all orders within
the continental United States is $5.00. Special requests and
international orders may be charged an additional fee. We recommend insurance for
orders over $50. If you would like your order insured, contact us by email, contact@beaderydesigns.com, to make
arrangements. |
| Refunds |
| We will gladly give you a refund or exchange your
merchandise if there is a defect or it is broken. To request a refund or to exchange
your merchandise, contact us via email , contact@beaderydesigns.com, within 14 days of receipt of your
order. |
